I began training at the Black Dragon Martial Arts school and really focused on my health, studying natural health benefits and have never felt better for it!

This is how Green Body UK began. The products I have selected is from extensive research and guidance from some great people which have been tried and tested for a long time and also have evolved without losing the core of being from the earth.

The Black Seed, Nigella Sativa, has been used for medical purposes for centuries, originating from the Mediterranean. It was held so precious, that Black Seed oil was found in the Tomb of Tutankhamun, above all the gold and diamonds he processed, Black Seed Oil was what he chose to take to his next life.
