How to Use the Firebee
To switch the device on/off, click the power button five times within 2 seconds. The vape will enter a pre-heat with a countdown from 9 to 0.

Using each coil is effortless and straightforward. To use the Type A coil, screw it onto the 510-thread battery, remove the glass mouthpiece and dip the quartz tip into a bit of wax or cannabis extract, replace the mouthpiece, and turn on the Firbee by pressing the power button five times. Select the desired voltage and press the power button. Inhale from the mouthpiece.
To use the Type B coil, screw it onto the 510-thread battery, remove the glass mouthpiece and place a small dab into the center of the quartz dish, replace the mouthpiece, and turn on the Firbee by pressing the power button five times. Select the desired voltage and press the power button. Inhale from the mouthpiece.

If however there is a fault with your product, you may return it but, it must come with all parts and packaging and our technical team will look into the matter within 14 days of receipt. We will try and repair the faulty goods, however, if the product cannot be repaired you are entitled to either an exchange for something of the same value or a full refund. This guarantee only covers faulty products.
Should you wish to exchange the product due to a fault, the replacement is sent at no extra cost for the customer as long as replacement is of the same value as faulty item.

Green Body UK cannot be held responsible if the products are lost or damaged during delivery therefore if you do wish to return the goods, we advise sending goods back via recorded delivery.
You will not be issued a refund for delivery of any unwanted goods, only faulty.
Tanks, RDTA, RDA, RTA atomisers and cartomizers cannot be returned if they have been used/built/filled due to safety and hygiene reasons.
Any opened consumable, we do not offer a refund or an exchange once purchased for hygiene reasons.
Batteries are also not to be returned nor exchanged due to being a consumable item. You will receive a dispatch email with a tracking details on, so that you can keep updated on the delivery status of your parcel.
