Usage Instructions
To use the ACE Cup:
- Fit the cbd vape cartridge into the base.
- Press the Cup to the base to initiate the pump, which will fill as long as pressure is maintained.
- Release the cup to activate the base valve, ensuring no vapor escapes, offering a complete inhalation experience.
- Simply sip from the ACE Cup to enjoy the vapor.
Dab Atomizer
The ACE Cup is supplied with an optional Dab atomizer, compatible with an array of concentrates. To use it:
- Detach the cup and atomizer cap.
- Place a dab (half a rice grain-sized or smaller) onto the quartz pad.
- Reattach the cap and cup, press down, and enjoy the vapor.
Its porous quartz pad delivers unparalleled taste when used with suitable waxes and crumbles. Remember to only use a tiny amount following the user instructions. Once the flavor reduces, replace it with a new quartz unit (sold separately).

Important Warranty and Operation Information
When using the extractor with any concentrate, never overfill the quartz chamber.
Only use half a grain of rice-sized dab at a time to prevent flooding the device and rendering it unusable. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions closely, and regularly clean the device as per the provided guidelines.
Note that we are unable to accept returns of the ACE Cup due to user error or internal/liquid damage.

Deliveries start at 3pm - Upon delivery attempt, we will wait upto 3mins for an answer and if we cannot contact you via the telephone number supplied we will need to leave and your order will be cancelled and refunded (delivery charge will not be refunded).

If however there is a fault with your product, you may return it but, it must come with all parts and packaging and our technical team will look into the matter within 14 days of receipt. We will try and repair the faulty goods, however, if the product cannot be repaired you are entitled to either an exchange for something of the same value or a full refund. This guarantee only covers faulty products.
Should you wish to exchange the product due to a fault, the replacement is sent at no extra cost for the customer as long as replacement is of the same value as faulty item.
After receipt of your goods, we aim to issue refunds within 14 working days. The cost of your goods will be refunded to the credit/debit card used to make the purchase. Please note refunds take 5 working days to clear from the point of processing.
Delivery costs for returns are to be paid by the customer. Once inspected, Green Body UK will refund you for the cost of delivery if the item is any of the following; Incorrect, damaged or defective.
Customers have a legal right to cancel a Contract under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, up to 7days of receiving the order. Please make sure you contact us immediately should you wish to do this.
If you decide that you do not want the product, the goods must be returned in a sellable condition, including all parts, in original and unopened packaging. The items will not be refunded if the items do not meet these requirements.
Green Body UK cannot be held responsible if the products are lost or damaged during delivery therefore if you do wish to return the goods, we advise sending goods back via recorded delivery.
You will not be issued a refund for delivery of any unwanted goods, only faulty.
Tanks, RDTA, RDA, RTA atomisers and cartomizers cannot be returned if they have been used/built/filled due to safety and hygiene reasons.
Any opened consumable, we do not offer a refund or an exchange once purchased for hygiene reasons.
Batteries are also not to be returned nor exchanged due to being a consumable item. You will receive a dispatch email with a tracking details on, so that you can keep updated on the delivery status of your parcel.
