Hand-Made by our dedicated craftsmen, using the simplest but purest of ingredients, this 80g bar of soap has the maximum properties for all skin types, especially sensitive skin. It’s a product that everyone can use!
This is an artisanal product, meaning it is made with great care in the traditional way. It’s handmade in a batch controlled ‘cottage industry style’ manufacturing process with stringent standardized quality controls. The water used for the soap making process is taken from UK filtered rainwater so there is no contamination from chlorine or other soluble impurities.
From our expert soap maker: “I was, and still am, determined that our soaps would be made the traditional way to the highest quality – the cold press way. It’s the best way to make natural soaps. We source the best ingredients and we hand mix everything – that way, we are able to take great care of our soaps. Once mixed, they are poured into moulds and left to cure for six weeks. Yes, six weeks. Good things come to those who wait, right?

The soaps may vary slightly in color due to careful sourcing of the seeds, making each piece totally unique without compromising performance.

Nigella Sativa oil and butter – sodium nigellate
Cocus Nucifera (Coconut) – sodium cocoate

Our soap is free from artificial fragrances and preservatives. We will aim to deliver your items before 9pm, but please understand if they take a little longer as some days are busier than others! Deliveries start at 3pm - Upon delivery attempt, we will wait upto 3mins for an answer and if we cannot contact you via the telephone number supplied we will need to leave and your order will be cancelled and refunded (delivery charge will not be refunded).

All of our products are tested thoroughly before being sent to the customer, we are confident in the products we sell.
If however there is a fault with your product, you may return it but, it must come with all parts and packaging and our technical team will look into the matter within 14 days of receipt. We will try and repair the faulty goods, however, if the product cannot be repaired you are entitled to either an exchange for something of the same value or a full refund. This guarantee only covers faulty products.
Should you wish to exchange the product due to a fault, the replacement is sent at no extra cost for the customer as long as replacement is of the same value as faulty item.
After receipt of your goods, we aim to issue refunds within 14 working days. The cost of your goods will be refunded to the credit/debit card used to make the purchase. Please note refunds take 5 working days to clear from the point of processing.
Delivery costs for returns are to be paid by the customer. Once inspected, Green Body UK will refund you for the cost of delivery if the item is any of the following; Incorrect, damaged or defective.
Customers have a legal right to cancel a Contract under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, up to 7days of receiving the order. Please make sure you contact us immediately should you wish to do this.
If you decide that you do not want the product, the goods must be returned in a sellable condition, including all parts, in original and unopened packaging. The items will not be refunded if the items do not meet these requirements.
Green Body UK cannot be held responsible if the products are lost or damaged during delivery therefore if you do wish to return the goods, we advise sending goods back via recorded delivery.
You will not be issued a refund for delivery of any unwanted goods, only faulty.
Tanks, RDTA, RDA, RTA atomisers and cartomizers cannot be returned if they have been used/built/filled due to safety and hygiene reasons.
Any opened consumable, we do not offer a refund or an exchange once purchased for hygiene reasons.
Batteries are also not to be returned nor exchanged due to being a consumable item. You will receive a dispatch email with a tracking details on, so that you can keep updated on the delivery status of your parcel.
